Record Revenue Growth for Polyteck

Independent UK construction and facilities management company Polyteck Group has reported a 32 per cent increase in revenue to £23.8 million for the 12 months to 31 December 2016.


Polyteck Group, one of the UK's leading independent construction and facilities management companies, has reported a 32% rise in revenue to £23.8m for the 12 months to 31 December 2016 - the highest since its inception in 2005.


This growth, attributed to a significant increase in investment in people and processes across its business, also resulted in an 8.8% increase in operating profit.


Polyteck operates across both the public and private sectors, delivering a broad range of construction and facilities management services including property development and refurbishment, property maintenance, electrical services, life safety systems and HVAC services.


In the last year, the company has invested heavily in training, fleet, machinery and advanced management and field based software as part of a drive to deliver sustainable growth.


It has picked up significant contracts in the commercial office, high end residential and social housing spaces. Notable wins have included a repairs and maintenance contract with Family Mosaic Housing Association, and high-end private residential contracts in Knightsbridge and Kensington delivering HVAC maintenance services.


Polyteck also expanded its international operations in the UAE by winning the Beach Tower contract comprising of 248 luxury apartments in Doha, Qatar.


Headquartered in the City, the company now employs more than 250 people working across London. Polyteck recently strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of five senior directors.
