Anne Fahy to Join Coats as Non-Exec Director

Interserve announces Non-Executive Director, Anne Fahy, will join the Board of Coats Group plc, the world's leading industrial thread manufacturer, as a Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2018.

In addition, Anne will become Chairperson of Coats' Audit and Risk Committee which she is also joining, on 16 May 2018.

Anne who was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Interserve in January 2013, has chaired Interserve's Audit Committee since May 2013.

She is also sits on the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
