New Accessibility Service
New TR19 regulations mean that catering businesses are facing greater pressure from insurers to keep their ventilation and duct systems clear from grease and other harmful particles. Interduct can now offer access doors where and when the customer wants them and, in turn, have the capability to create walkways, fit builder's hatches, and install moving lights to access the duct work where necessary.
The result of this is a catering business will be able to provide a safe environment for their customers and employees. Business owners can even have reduced insurance costs if they are completely TR19 compliant. Insurers are less likely to pay out after a fire if the company's ducts are found to be unclean - Interduct's full TR19 services aim to prevent this from occurring.
Discussing his appointment, Milan said: "I am so excited to be able to join the Interduct team. Having worked in providing duct cleaning access for many years, I have always wanted to be able to offer a complete service. Interduct are well known market leaders in duct cleaning, and to bring these two elements together is a unique service that many companies are unable to provide. This is not just about fitting access doors - this is about servicing and accommodating our customers on a much higher level."
Like all of its services, Interduct delivers all of its TR19 accessibility services in-house and never subcontracts its work. This, the organisation believes, adds to the level of customer service it provides and heavily contributes to their safety. It also means that anyone using Interduct's services will benefit from clear communication from start to finish.
Mark Poultney, Managing Director added: "This new service makes us an all-rounder in the industry, something we believe sets us apart. In the first instance, we complete a free survey for our customers on the state of their duct work and give them a TR19 report based on what we find. We'll then be able to quote for and carry out all of the required work, creating a 'one stop shop' for TR19 compliance.
