Women in Technology

As a global player with clients from different backgrounds and cultures, the company has always attached great importance to equality in all every form.

Following the establishment of a working group whose members are female role models, the Getronics will organise a series of regional Round Table events to identify new talent that can be nurtured further on a dedicated coaching programme.

Other activities planned under the Women in Technology programme which runs initially until 2020, include increased company participating in external events, and engaging with universities and organisations that support the career development of women.
