California State University, Long Beach Facilities Organisation Delivers Key Metrics to University President with Planon

The metrics, created for University President Jane Conoley, leverage real-time data designed to optimise transparency. They provide insight into the performance of the facilities organisation, and are presented in a dashboard format in the Planon Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). Metrics include customer satisfaction, allocation of work requested by colleges within the university, and cost of major capital projects on campus.
