UK soft services provider Churchill has appointed Colin Marshall as subject matter expert for its transport division.
Marshall has spent more than 25 years in the heavy and light rail, bus, coach, and aviation sectors supported more than £50 million worth of soft services delivery to the TFL London Underground portfolio, railway operators and UK airports.
In his new role, Marshall will ensure best-in-class operational solutions are delivered, oversee key activities during mobilisations and maintain strategic relationships to support customer satisfaction.
