Johnson Controls Bolsters HVAC Capabilities with UK Acquisition
Johnson Controls has acquired Password Services (Holdings) Limited, a Midlands-based air conditioning contractor to the hospitality sector and longterm distributor of its YORK equipment brand in the UK.
For the immediate future Password Services, which was established over 25 years ago, will continue operating as usual, whilst Johnson Controls works to integrate the business into its UK platform.
Current business owners Richard Schlanker, Alison Adams, and Elaine Tovey plan to remain with the business together with the full Password Services team of highly skilled and experienced engineering, service, and project delivery teams.
“Password Services is a well-recognised HVAC service and solutions provider in the UK, having built the company’s reputation on delivering outstanding service to their customers.
Our two companies have a long history of working together and we are excited by the opportunity to build on our shared history,” says Michael Anderton, General Manager HVAC-R, at Johnson Controls.
