OCS Announces Acquisition of EMCOR UK
OCS has announced the acquisition of EMCOR Group (UK) plc.
The proposed acquisition of the integrated facility services provider is subject to regulatory approvals, with completion expected by the end of 2025.
The addition of EMCOR UK will strengthen OCS's technical and engineering offering, bringing specialist expertise across critical sectors and enhancing its ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers in both the public and private sectors.

The business operates nationally across various sectors, including government, defence, healthcare, life sciences, and commercial property.
After the closing of the transaction, OCS will become one of the largest providers of hard services in the UK and Ireland, with a significantly expanded team of engineers, technical professionals, and sector specialists.
