CBRE Group is acquiring Milan-based facilities management and technical engineering services company CO.VE.RI (Coveri).
Coveri, which was founded in 1982. self-delivers services to national and global clients and has worked with a select number of CBRE corporate clients for over a decade.
The company will be integrated into CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business.
Commenting, Ian Entwisle, CEO of GWS for APAC and the EMEA regions, said:

In 2017 CBRE purchase technical maintenance and engineering services provider, Geico Lender which subsequently rebranded to "GWS Technical Division".
