STRABAG PFS Names Dr Marion Henschel as Chair Designate
STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) has announced Dr Marion Henschel will succeed Martin Schenk as the Chair of its Management Board on 31 December 2022.
As co-Chief Executive Officer, Henschel has served alongside Schenk who has voluntary indicated he will not be renewing his employment contract when it expires in December, since 2016.
In her current role she has overseen the STRABAG PFS group as well as its associated companies.
Schenk leaves the company after 29 years of service, having held various positions at STRABAG PFS as well as its predecessor company, DeTeImmobilien.

Henschel's appointment will be accompanied by a restructure of STRABAG PFS's senior management team that will see Henschel supported by Dirk Brandt and Torsten May (both Managing Directors of Key Accounts), Marko Bohm (Managing Director of Real Estate Management), and Andrea Jager and Mike Kirschnereit (who currently serve as Managing Directors of its operations in Germany).
