NHSPS Announces New Chief People Officer
NHS Property Services (NHSPS) has appointed people and culture expert Helen McCarthy as Chief People Officer.
McCarthy's career in human resources spans more than 20 years, working in global HR roles at PA Consulting, Arcadis, and APCO Worldwide, as well as Hays, B&Q and Channel 4.
She will join the executive team at NHSPS leading on strategy for People and Culture for the organisation, putting people at the heart of the business and building a culture where colleagues can develop and thrive.
McCarthy says: "I am so proud to be joining NHS Property Services when the organisation is celebrating its tenth year.
