STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) has acquired Vienna-based Triburuzek Installationen GmbH, an installer of residential heat pump, heating and bathroom solutions.
The acquisition supports STRABAG PFS' strategy of adding sustainability and energy efficiency expertise in installation technologies to its service portfolio with an eye on the growing market for residential retrofitting solutions..
Triburuzek was founded in 1982 and employes 50 people who will integrated with STRABAG PFS Austria.
In recent years the company has reported sales revenues of approximately € 7 million.
