B:Music, the operator of Birmingham's iconic Symphony Hall and Town Hall venues, has selected Pareto FM as the mechanical and electrical (M&E), and building fabric maintenance services contractor at its Grade I listed Town Hall location.
Under the contract which was awarded by competitive tender, Pareto will provide planned and reactive M&E services, and deliver a programme of specialist projects to ensure the historic fabric and technical infrastructure of the building is preserved and future-proofed.
The scope of the contract includes building optimisation, compliance assurance, and technical support to enhance the venue’s operational resilience and long-term sustainability.
